‘Journey to the Heart’ … an immersive and sensory experience of sound, breath and touch for relaxation and nurture, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow.

 To celebrate the start of my third year of hosting ‘Journey to the Heart’ in Teignmouth, I am delighted to announce its debut at the Pavilions, offering an additional date each month for people to come and relax in a space of sharing and connection from the heart.

 I mindfully set small numbers to offer a personal and quality experience.  Early booking recommended.
