INTRIGUING DOORWAYS –CREATING MOOD. New! £67 10.30-4.30 Any media, [Beginners/Improvers]
Doorways call us to enter, symbolically when they appear in dreams they may indicate a new chapter or experience is there for the taking....we just have to walk through! With the new year around the corner we may already be thinking of new opportunities.
Yet at another level, they are simply often very paintable. They have shapes and detail that can be very attractive and indeed really add to the character of a building. In history the grandeur of a door often proclaimed the wealth of the family and often expressed the level of security or welcome!
Today we will consider the balance between believable accuracy and how to create the mood we want our doorway to have. We'll warm-up, do a plan and off we go! Do bring any favourite photos to inspire you [I will have some too] or the image may come from yr imaginations or dreams!

Liana is a seasoned trainer, therapist and artist, skilled at breaking down learning steps, instilling confidence and creating a warm, fun, supportive atmosphere. All students are invited to join her Artist’s Circle community for free challenges, news and guidance.
